Account Page

What is the Account Page?

The Account page is where you can manage your profile, view information about your subscription, subscribe to new plans, and manage your account settings.

What you'll find on the Account Page

The Account page is divided into several sections:

  1. User Information - Your data and subscription status
  2. Upgrade Plan - Section to subscribe or change plan
  3. Bug Report - Form to report issues (PRO only)
  4. Account Deletion - Section to delete the account

User Information

At the top of the page you see five blocks with the main information of your account.

User Email

Here you see the email address you registered with. It's the email you use to access the application.

Active Plan

This section shows you which plan you currently have:

  • Demo: You have a 7-day free trial
  • Pro: You have an active PRO subscription
  • Enterprise: You have an active ENTERPRISE subscription
  • None: You don't have an active plan

Auto Renewal

Here you see if your subscription renews automatically every month:

  • Active: Your subscription will automatically renew at expiration
  • Inactive: You've disabled auto-renewal (subscription will expire at the end of the paid period)
  • None: You don't have an active subscription (only for Demo or No plan)

Plan Expiration

This section shows you when your plan expires:

  • Demo Plan: Expires 7 days after first access
  • Pro/Enterprise Plan: Expires at the end of the paid monthly period
  • No plan: There's no expiration

Manage Subscription

This button allows you to open the Stripe portal where you can:

  • View your invoices
  • Change payment method
  • Update plan
  • Cancel subscription
  • View payment history

Note: This button is only available if you have an active PRO or ENTERPRISE subscription.


Upgrade Plan

In this section you can see available plans and subscribe to a new one or change your existing one.

PRO Plan - €19.90 per month

The PRO plan includes:

  • Unlimited projects
  • Scans up to a maximum limit
  • Data storage on your computer
  • PDF report downloads
  • Ability to report bugs
  • Advanced metrics
  • Detailed HTML errors
  • Improvement suggestions

How to subscribe:

  1. Click the "Subscribe" button on the PRO card
  2. You'll be redirected to the Stripe payment page
  3. Complete the payment
  4. You'll return to the Account page with a confirmation message

If you already have PRO plan: You'll see "Active Plan" instead of the button.

ENTERPRISE Plan - €49.90 per month

The ENTERPRISE plan includes everything from PRO, plus:

  • Unlimited scans (no limit)
  • Downloads in all formats (PDF, Excel, CSV, JSON)
  • Advanced PDF customization
  • Scan by error type

How to subscribe:

  1. Click the "Subscribe" button on the ENTERPRISE card
  2. You'll be redirected to the Stripe payment page
  3. Complete the payment
  4. You'll return to the Account page with a confirmation message

If you already have ENTERPRISE plan: You'll see "Active Plan" instead of the button.

Changing Plans

You can switch from PRO to ENTERPRISE and vice versa at any time:

  • Use the "Manage Subscription" button to access the Stripe portal
  • From there you can update your plan

Bug Report

This section allows you to report problems or bugs you've found in the application.

Available only for: Users with PRO or ENTERPRISE plan

How to report a bug

  1. Fill out the form:

    • Email is already filled with your email
    • Write a detailed description of the problem in the message field
  2. Click "Send"

  3. The message will be sent to the support team

Tips for a good report:

  • Describe what you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Explain what you expected to see
  • Indicate what you saw instead
  • If possible, add screenshots or technical details

Account Deletion

This section allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Warning!

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. The following will be deleted:

  • All your data
  • All saved scans
  • The subscription (if present)
  • Inability to recover any information

How to delete the account

  1. Read carefully the consequences of deletion
  2. Click the "Delete Account" button (red)
  3. Confirm in the popup that appears
  4. The account will be deleted and you'll be logged out

Tip: Before deleting, make sure you've backed up all important data you've saved in the project folder.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can switch from PRO to ENTERPRISE and vice versa at any time from the Stripe portal.

What happens if the Demo plan expires?

After 7 days, the Demo plan expires and you lose access to features. You can subscribe to a PRO or ENTERPRISE plan to continue using the application.

How can I see my invoices?

Click "Manage Subscription" and access the Stripe portal. There you'll find all your invoices.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe portal. You'll continue to have access until the end of the already paid period.

What happens to my data if I change plans?

Your data remains saved in the project folder you selected. Changing plans doesn't affect already saved data.
