Accessing the application

To use Axessibly, access the web application at:

Creating an account

Before you begin, you need to create an account. Axessibly offers different plans:

Demo Plan

  • 7-day free trial
  • Access to all basic features
  • Perfect for exploring the application and understanding how it works

Pro Plan

  • €19.90 per month
  • Advanced features for professionals
  • Ideal for developers and small businesses

Enterprise Plan

  • €49.90 per month
  • Complete features and customization
  • Ideal solution for medium and large companies

Initial setup: project folder selection

Before you start using Axessibly, it is essential to configure a folder where all your project data will be saved.

Why is it important?

All application data (scans, results, settings) is saved in a file within the folder you select. This folder represents your project.

How to select the folder

  1. Access the application at https://app.axessibly.com
  2. Go to the Settings page from the sidebar
  3. In the "File Management" section, click "Select Folder"
  4. Choose a folder on your computer where to save the project data
  5. The application will automatically create a data file in that folder

Folder recommendations

  • Create a dedicated folder for each project (e.g., "Project-Client-Site-A")
  • Use descriptive names to easily identify projects
  • Avoid system folders like Desktop, Downloads, or Documents (unless they are specifically created folders)
  • Organize projects in a logical structure (e.g., "Axessibly-Projects/Project-1", "Axessibly-Projects/Project-2")

Creating a new project

To create a new project, you need to select a new empty folder:

  1. Go to the Settings page
  2. In the "File Management" section, click "Change" or "Select Folder"
  3. Choose a new folder different from the previous project's folder
  4. The application will create a new data file in the new folder

Important

  • Each folder represents a separate project
  • Data from one project is not visible when you select another folder
  • You can switch projects at any time from the Settings page
  • Data remains saved in the folder even when you change projects

Switching projects

You can switch from one project to another at any time:

  1. Go to the Settings page
  2. In the "File Management" section, click "Change"
  3. Select the folder of the project you want to use

All data from the selected project will be loaded automatically.

First steps

Once you've configured the project folder, you can start using Axessibly:

  1. Upload a sitemap from the "Upload Sitemap" page to analyze multiple pages simultaneously
  2. Start a scan from the dashboard or the "Scans" page
  3. View results in the dashboard and the "Issues" page
  4. Generate reports from the "Reports" or "Export" page

Important notes

  • Auto-save: Data is automatically saved to the selected folder
  • Privacy: All data remains on your computer and is not sent to external servers
  • Backup: It's recommended to periodically backup the project folder
  • Compatibility: Make sure you use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or other recent browsers)
